How do I order?
You can go to the 'Meal Plans' section of our website, pick which plan you would like and complete the payment process. We will then contact you to confirm further details and your start date. Otherwise, you can Whatsapp or Call us at +91 83559 06452 to Order Offline.
When will my subscription begin once the order is placed?
Once the payment is confirmed we will start sending you meals within 2 working days. For Example, if we recieve your order on 04-May-2020 then your order will start being delivered to you on 06-May-2020.
How much will it cost?

What time are the deliveries made?
For most areas, we have 3 delivery slots as follows: First Slot between 8:30 AM & 9:30 AM, the Second Slot between 11:30 AM & 1:00 PM & the Third Slot between 5:00 PM & 7:30 PM.
Certain locations only have 2 delivery slots per day. For example, Kandivali & Malad deliveries will only take place in the 1st delivery & 3rd delivery slots.
We will contact you once your order is placed to confirm which delivery slot your meal will be delivered in. You also have the option to choose when you'd like your meal delivered, for example, if you'd like lunch delivered in the morning before you leave for office then our team will accommodate that.
What days do you deliver on?
We deliver Monday through Saturday. If you require meals on Sunday we can get them delivered to you on Saturday evening.
Can I pause my meal plan if I am travelling?
Yes, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or +91 83559 06452 and we can pause your meal plan for as long as you are traveling.
Can I get my Breakfast & Lunch delivered to different locations?
Yes, let us know via email@example.com or WhatsApp message on +91 83559 06452. We will schedule the deliveries accordingly as long as both Addresses are within our delivery area. Please check our 'Delivery Info' page for details on locations we deliver to.
Which Areas do you deliver to?
Lean Meal Co delivers to multiple locations around the city of Mumbai. Check our 'Delivery Info' page for detailed locations.
Do all my meals need to be taken from Lean Meal Co?
We do recoomend getting all your meals from Lean Meal Co as we can control your diet perfectly according to the calories needed, but we don't require you to take all meals from us. We can also help you with creating a plan on what other foods you can eat.
What kind of food is served?
Lean Meal Co offers a variety of different cuisines from Indian, Middle Eastern, American and South East Asian. We alter cusinines of different countries to give you variety in your meal plan with the ability to eat healthy. Can I order Veg meals on specific days like Thursday?
Yes, you can. Please let us know via Email on firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp on +91 83559 06452 before your meal plan begins. We will send you meals according to your requirements.
Should I order Keto, Balanced or Low Carb Meals?
The diet you choose is completely based on your requirements and tastes. All our meals are calorie counted to make sure you don't consume more than 350 to 450 calories per meal.
Cancellation & Refunds
Can I cancel my plan before the end date?
Yes, cancellations can be done at any time during the plan. Refunds will be dependant on the number of days left in the plan.
Will I get a refund if I cancel my plan before it ends?
Yes, you will get a refund for the meals not consumed.
